Ionic won’t charge up

Hi Guys 

Used my ionic once and it will not charge up. 
Went on YouTube and it shown me how to reset it. It charged up but as soon as the battery goes flat it will not charge back up. 
Its so frustrating you pay all this money and it’s faulty. 
anyone else having this issue ?

Mine started doing the same a couple days after the firmware upgrade, that was 5 days ago.  Not sure if it's related or not?  

Update 5/24:  After cleaning both my watch's and charger terminals with an alcohol pad, my watch started charging again.  The terminals really did not look dirty, but there must have been enough grime to prevent a good connection.

I updated my ionic Monday after factory resetting it. 
first time battery went flat it will not charge up. 
total waste of money.

biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent mate. Will never buy a Fitbit again. It’s been trouble since I bought it.
