My ionic fully drained as normal. When I plugged in to wall unit it never recharged. Instead it got heated up.
1. I tried after waiting 24 hours still the same result.
2. I tried plugging in with pushing left & bottom buttons it is showing 0% with battery icon in certain intervals. Still there is no sign of recharging.
Please help.!!!

Please quit trying to charge it. and contact support

If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
