Have bought this Ionic in Dec 2019 then in Feb, it does charge anymore. It was replaced by the seller, but after 2 months, it again does not charge.
since this is still under warranty, I will have it replaced, but the thought that how flimsy this unit is, it does not show the credibility of Fitbit.
I will not buy again!
Best AnswerDid anyone get back you separately? I have the same problem. I went for a run and the battery might have run out during the exercise (GPS would have been on). When I go back home I put it to charge and nothing. It happened to me before and I read that if you press the back button for 10 seconds, the Fitbit screen comes on and the watch turns on and starts charging. I managed to fix mine like that before. But this time this doesn't work either. Try this. It might work for you. Good luck!
Best AnswerSame thing happened to me this afternoon. I held the back button and lower button and held both down for about 15 seconds and it came back to life! I hope you have luck as well.
I have an Iconic that died while I was out walking. The battery was not low when I left, so I don't think it is the battery. I have tried holding down all the buttons and nothing is working. I doesn't do anything on the charger either.
Sadly I tried every combination of buttons and it didn’t work.. I left it charging overnight and nothing.. it’s officially dead!
