Ionic won’t charge

My ionic is not charging 

I tried leaving it for 30 minutes and longer and nothing is getting it to charge .  Ionic is dead.  Please help

Have bought this Ionic in Dec 2019 then in Feb, it does charge anymore. It was replaced by the seller, but after 2 months, it again does not charge.

since this is still under warranty, I will have it replaced, but the thought that how flimsy this unit is, it does not show the credibility of Fitbit.

I will not buy again!

Did anyone get back you separately? I have the same problem. I went for a run and the battery might have run out during the exercise (GPS would have been on). When I go back home I put it to charge and nothing. It happened to me before and I read that if you press the back button for 10 seconds, the Fitbit screen comes on and the watch turns on and starts charging. I managed to fix mine like that before. But this time this doesn't work either. Try this. It might work for you. Good luck!

Same thing happened to me this afternoon. I held the back button and lower button and held both down for about 15 seconds and it came back to life! I hope you have luck as well.

I have an Iconic that died while I was out walking.  The battery was not low when I left, so I don't think it is the battery.  I have tried holding down all the buttons and nothing is working.  I doesn't do anything on the charger either.

Sadly I tried every combination of buttons and it didn’t work.. I left it charging overnight and nothing.. it’s officially dead!
