Ionic won’t charge

We have 2 iionic watches and they both started acting funny, first the time was way off even after I restarted them and now they won’t charge, the 0% battery showed on one but will not charge.  Now both are dead.  I love the look of these watches all the new ones are too rounded.  Anybody find a solution?
