My battery drained really fast on Thursday despite being fully charged that morning. I attached the charger to a plug I've used to charge it before and left it overnight. In the morning it was still dead. Checked the app and it said battery was empty. Plugged the charger into my laptop and left it for the morning. Still dead. Tried a different plug (samsung) and still no joy. Have pushed left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds many time. Have alternated between laptops and plugs. Have wiped the connectors to make sure they are clean. Nothing works. It's now Saturday and the battery is still empty. I'm out of ideas... help!!!
