I have attempted to to the restart on the Ionic more than once I have left it charging over night. As well as put it on a wall charger, desktop, laptop and car charger (I have purchased two other charging cables). I have uninstalled the device form the app removed the app from my phone and restarted my phone. Really getting a little frustrated.

What is the issue you are having? You've posted everything you've tried, but you've failed to actually mention what the problem you are having is?
