Doesn't hold charge

I am so fed up with this ionic smart watch.

It worked perfectly since i bought it in December 2017. NOw over the last three months the performance has got worse and worse.

First it started switching itself off and it was so difficult to get started again. Only way was to connect it to my laptop and after fiddling and changing the usb ports it fired up........

Now it runs out of full charge within hours of registering as fully charged.........

This is so incredibly frustrating and to be fair the product has become unfit for purpose

I believe i am quite within my rights to receive either a new ionic or my money back.

Please advise if there is anything i can do or throw it in the bin and take to social media. Am so fed up.
