Second Fitbit to stop charging.  Cleaned per Fitbit instructions, cannot do restart as the bit that it was charged quickly drained off.

It seems to be dead. Please, check other posts in this forum. Also, let me advice you that Fitbit will do nothing to solve the design problem with ionic devices. So, I suggest you to move to another brand as I and many others will do.
