Ionic won’t charge

My ionic won’t charge, it’s a stuck on 0% so can’t reset to factory settings. I’ve tried 3 different charges all to no avail. HELP.

As occurred with mine, your ionic is also dead and Fitbit support team will do nothing to help us. Why? Because our devices are out of the warranty period. So, let's spread the notice about planned obsolescence implemented by Fitbit and assure that every possible customer understand how Fitbit works.

It’s only 3 months out of warranty, surely these devices are made to last longer than 15 months. Why won’t the support team help ?

@Lam40 they simply do not care...yes, it is only 3 months out of warranty. I tried everything with the tech support but I have got always the same answers "unfortunately, it is out of warranty". So, let's spread the notice with our friends and move to another brand.

Lam40, they have your money, they do not care about repeat customers anymore. I was a share holder and now not only am I out money on this junk watch, but they lost me money on the stock they drove into the dirt.

Tried factory reset on numerous occasions, didn’t appear to work. Left on plugged in to the charger and bizarrely it has started to charge. Currently at 85% !!!!

Not sure how long it will continue to work but for now it’s alive !!!
