Hi,
I tried to open my app as usual this morning to check my sleep data but the app will not open. I have looked on the Fitbit website for advice and followed all the suggestions apart from deleting the app as it said that I would loose all my data.
Please can you help me? This is the first time this has happened, I have had my Fitbit for almost two years.

Are you using iOS? If so, there is an ongoing bug that's causing this. Keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit are posting updates:
