My Ionic died on Friday (again) This is a replacement from Fitbit as my Ionic previous did the same thing. I have left it over the weekend and it's still not working, I have also gone out and bought another charger. The Ionic shows the battery icon is 0 %. Since it is stopped working I have unliked it from my Fitbit account as I want to use the Fitbit app to still log my steps on my phone...but now I'm worried that if I contact Fitbit again they won't be able to see when I last tried to sync my Fitbit.
Any help on how I can get my Ionic up and running again would be appreciated.
