My Ionic is a month and a half old. It died while on a walk today. It won't take a charge anymore. I have left it charging for over an hour and nothing... Any suggestions?

Get a pin and clean the oval around the charging contacts, you will be surprised how much gets trapped there. Then it charges without an issue.
