Ionic won't charge

I've been trying to charge my ionic for over a day now and nothing. It is completely dead. Tried different outlets and charger outlets and nothing. Also tried the left button and other 2 buttons at the same time. What else can i do to fix the issue.

other than doing the 3 button reset WHILST connected to the charger - not a lot. keep trying. Leave it for a few days. Try again. Not very helpful I know. It can suddenly "spring" to life down the track. As strange as that is.
