I have tried cleaning it multiple times. I've also tried plugging into different outlets as well as my laptop.

I have the same problem with my Ionic. It will not charge. I tried all the troubleshooting steps, cleaning posts on the charger and my watch, different outlets, etc.
I finally ordered and received a new charger. Still no response. I feel like this battery has a certain life. I’ve had it awhile now and used it to charge. I usually waited until I was down to 20% and only charged it up to around 90%.
Can Fitbit replace battery or can we have this done? I have tried so many Fitbit devices. Unfortunately, l just gave my Blaze away, so no backup to use. I am disabled and use this to track my activities level. I also do not sleep well and miss this information.
