My display WILL SHOW 0% battery in red. Then when I put it on charger it will vibrate and heart rate lights will light green but nothing else lights up on screen after dead battery display. I’ve tried 3 button reset and 2 button reset. And the Logo never shows up.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Ionic doesn't charge. Thank you for performing a restart and a factory reset before contacting us. In order to resolve battery issues, I would recommend following these instructions.

I believe it to be charging. But the screen is not displaying anything
