Ionic had about 50% charge then poof just shut off...tried the recommendations of holding two buttons then all three various times...it sat on charger all night long, tried again this morning to no avail...

my wife purchased this for me on 19 June 2020 as a Father’s Day gift...something needs to be done.

Mine did the same thing and then holy shmokies THIS fixed it!!

It's an unbelievably SIMPLE fix...

1] Put the charger on the tracker but keep it unplugged from the wall.

2] Push and hold down the left button, the lower right button then plug it in the wall [while holding those 2 buttons in].

I read this fix in a 4 year old random internet post.... wish I could give the guy props who posted it... anyway I hope this helps you!! 🤞
