Ionic won’t hold a charge

This is my second ionic after two other fitbit devices. All have lasted about a year before “crashing “. Now this one won’t hold a charge more than 2 hours. I’ve now purchased 4 different times from fitbit for a activity monitor watch and am considering being done or switching brands. What up?  When it works it’s awesome but only lasts a year?  A lot of money for only a year.

Yes mines the same.  Working fine until I did an update now can’t get more than 6-8 hours of working time.

Mine the same. I can’t even get through a work day without having to charge.
