My Ionic doesn’t seem to get me through a full 24 hours before depleting the battery to 0 and shutting down. Anyone else? Help?

This happened with my first one after about 2 months. Fitbit ended up replacing it

I just factory reset, removed all apps, and turned off syncing and alerts

Deleting all the apps is kinda not what I paid for...

Mine just started not not lasting more that 24 hours on a charge just this week. Call tech support she could see the health of the battery but is still going to make me jump thru the hoops of proving the battery is not lasting by charging to full the manual sync let drain to 10% and manually sync. Then call in again

I jumped thru their hoops and they r sending me a new one. Sad thing is this will be the third one. First one I got new as a gift. bBue tooth died on it and when tech had me try to factory reset after walking me thru many other thing that did not work it got stuck in a loop. Would only show fitbit icon flashing on then off then back on over and over. This replacement I have only had for a few months and it has battery problems.

What was their reason for not replacing it? That sounds like u got a bad rep.

Conversely, Apple replaced my Beat Solo 3 headphones with no quibble. I sent it on a Wednesday evening, and a replacement came on Friday morning.
Fitbit would do well to take note!
