gps stopped

My Ionic is about 5months old, it has worked great till now. The GPS won't ever acquire a signal, I have reset it twice, and still nothing just constantly trying to connect. Does anybody have any advice or similar issues?

My only advice would be to try several restarts in a row, and if that doesnt fix it try a factory reset (settings app on the Ionic and scroll down to About). If it still wont connect thwn younwill need to contact support (link in my signature ) Let us know how you go

Sorry for the confusion, I have now done the factory reset twice and nothing has helped. I still can’t acquire a signal. The last half dozen times I have tried have been clear days, not in a fairly open area ( out in front of my place where it has always worked great before.
