Both my iPhone 8 plus and my Fitbit updated their software. Now my ionic won’t pair with my phone it doesn’t even come up in the list for Bluetooth devices. I have reset the ionic back to factory settings. I have deleted the Fitbit app from my phone and reinstalled it still nothing works. This Fitbit is only a couple of months old.

When you reset the Ionic back to factory settings did you delete/remove the Ionic from your account and try to add it back in? If not then do so and see if the app will find the device.
