I have the Ionic...Suddenly it shut off. Several hours later it came back on for no reason whatsoever. It never syncs unless I use my PC and, and from my android S9, I can never access anything like "changing clock faces". It continues trying but always says it can't connect with Ionic". Any suggestions.

Id suggest you restart it several times

Restart your tracker

If that doesnt fix it try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About).

I tried the factory reset (big mistake), because my "tracker" went dead and there's no way of turning it back on.
