No led activity at all. Have restarted, shut down, updated and this does nothing. No steps, heart rate, sleep activity, NOTHING is being calculated. This is my replacement device due to a previous update bricking my prior one and causing it not to charge/turn on. I do not want a discount on another crappy Fitbit device with poor support if you cannot provide a solution to fix my ionic. The next replacement should be on Fitbit!
