Ionic won’t pair

My Ionic wasn’t syncing so I uninstalled it from my phone and tried doing it over again except now it won’t let me. The Ionic won’t even show up as an option on bluetooth for my phone. I’ve tried restarting my phone and the Ionic, I’ve tried deleting app and trying again. I’ve tried tuning off Bluetooth for 10 seconds but still nothing. The app can’t pick it up either. I’ve onlg had it since July

I forgot the device on iPhone so I could restart everything from the beginning but it really did forget the device. I’ve done it before and it worked but now it’s not showing up.

@Hanbanan1 Did you delete/remove the Ionic from the app?  If you did you will have to use the app to add the unit back just like you did when you originally got the Ionic.

An extreme measure if you think you have finally exhausted all possibilities is to reset the Ionic to the factory settings then try to link it up again. To do that swipe left until you see the settings icon. Tap that then scroll down to  the 'about' tab. Tap that and scroll down to the factory reset tab. tap that and accept that you will wipe out any data in storage and continue (I did say this is an extreme measure - I did this once when my notifications went wonky any nothing I did helped).
