Ionic won’t start up

I just replaced my ionic with another I was having issues syncing so I restarted it and it will not come back on I have tried pushing and holding the buttons and have tried charging it I am frustrated as it I new and I never had any real issue with my previous ionic

I’m using an iPhone 7 the Fitbit has been charging all day and still will not turn on
