Stopped logging floors

No reason for it to happen like an update or something. It just stopped logging floors. I was working on my kitchen today and I know I did at least 30 flights. Tried resetting twice but didn’t work.

Your fitbit tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the tracker. If this hole becomes blocked it can cause this problem. Try cleaning it with, for example, an old toothbrush or a can of compressed air. Don't poke anything into the hole though as this can cause further problems.
