I know this seems a common query but mine is brand new !! I unboxed it yesterday. I charged it for four hours. The logo lit up and then nothing..........it freezes. I’ve tried resetting it. Nothing. Any ideas ?

I'm sorry to see that you've experienced this problem with your new Ionic freezing and not responding. Thank you for confirming that you already tried the restart process. this has been useful for other users who have found trouble with the display.
This type of behavior is often related to the battery not charging properly as well, but since this is a new device you definitely shouldn't be having a problem with the battery. I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. I hope everything goes well.
