Ever since my Ionic updated to firmware version 27.72.1.9 it will not stay connected to the fitbit app. Every other day the app "forgets" my Ionic and I have to set it up all over again and I lose data everytime this happens, usually at night while I am asleep.
Any help will be appreciated

@SunsetRunner Hi there. Thank you for the details shared.
If your Ionic isn't always syncing to your app, please try this syncing troubleshooting.
If you keep experiencing this, let me know if when you wake up, the Ionic is unpaired from your app and this is why you have to pair it again.
Hope this helps.

I have tried this, I have also reset the Ionic, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, shutdown and restarted both the Ionic and my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10+), The problem seems to be becoming more frequent, and according to my phone the app is not running in the background like it used to to so I am wondering if this is the reason?
And it has done it again while I am writing this, very frustrating...

It seems odd that the Bluetooth connection just drops out for no reason, happens more often when my phone is not right next to me/ionic.

@SunsetRunner Thank you for the troubleshooting performed.
I see where your frustration is coming from. Take into consideration that the Fitbit app needs to run in the background to keep you connected with certain Fitbit app features such as automatic syncing, connected GPS, and app notifications from your phone. Please double check that you've allowed it to run "all the time" in the background.
Hope this helps.
