Ionic won’t stay synced

Just got the ionic, and the sync to my app is not good! I have iPhone 8, and it wound stay synced long enough to do anything, like change clock display or even set passcode. It’s very frustrating.  I’ve tried repairing, reboot etc. is there anything I can do?

Hi @Ang1213. Since the iPhone 8 is not yet on the Supported Devices list, I would contact Support and see if they can offer any advice.

@Ang1213 I have a similar issue with my Ionic and the Pixel 2. Extremely frustrated! The closest to a solution I have found is that you may have to forget all other BT connection, due to possible interference and turn off "All Day Sync". Total BS if you ask me...this should work seemlessly.

had same issue with Ionic on iPhone7. This Ionic device is a real beta-testing device. I have returned it long time ago already.
