Hey, my Fitbit was at 50%, I went swimming and it just shut off. I’ve tried all the videos pressed all the buttons, charged it over night. The green HR lights come on but the main screen remains blank, I’ve had my watch a year and there was never any problems before hand. Did anyone have similar problems and remedy’s on how to fix this ? Thanks.

My Fitbit stopped syncing yesterday so I did a factory reset. The update started and at 11% am became disconnected, Now it’s completely dead with no display and it will not power on☹️
