Hi! My fitbit ionic is 2 yrs old. It won't switch ON after it spontaneously switched OFF. The screen is completely blank. No charging notification. I've tried charging it with multiple outlets, tried all possible combinations of buttons but it isn't coming back to life.
What should be the next course of action?
I'd really appreciate the help.

I've tried all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. I spoke with the customer support which was totally futile. I'm very disappointed with Fitbit. It's better to buy a cheap watch with similar features.
