Went through the entire process of trying to sync my phone followed all the options located on the Fitbit website still no luck.
Got through with the online tech support they told me it's my phone's fault and I'd have to get another phone if I expect the Fitbit to work.
I've been using this Fitbit with this phone for eight months not an issue. Google pixel 4 XL

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

I've tried everything now and I've even tried to install the program on my wife's phone and it still does not sync and her phone is on the list of acceptable phones.
