Hi from the last update on 20/1/2021 my ionic had not sync with my iPhone I have done all the steps a number of times and it will sync them it goes back it just wont connect to my Bluetooth I have a few other devices which connects to my Bluetooth without any problems can any one help with this Fitbit has said on Twitter that it would be sorted thus morning but it’s still not

Hi Liliyafitbit 

thank you for your response I have tried doing all the troubleshooting a number of times but nothing is working what other advice can you help me with thank you
