Hi all iam about tearing my hair out my ionic has suddenly decided that it doesn't want to sync with my phone it has been working fine up until a few days ago now I can't get it to sync I've uninstalled it and reinstalled but still nothing

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

hi there this hasnt helped ive deleted the app and reinstalled it now i cant even get it to connect
it has went all day not syncing the time is all wrong

Hi Ricardo I am still having issues with my ionic it's losing time still won't sync how can it go from working perfectly to not working at all very disappointing its only a year old

I am experiencing the same issue with my Ionic not syncing since yesterday afternoon. Have tried all the usual troubleshooting steps which have made no difference to sync and having just reset my Ionic I am now unable to set it up via the Fitbit app. The app says it has found my Ionic but will not proceed beyond that to set it up. So now I have an app that does not sync and an Ionic that is useless. It is no coincidence that the Android Fitibit App updated just prior to this issue occurring.

It's ridiculous you pay all that money out I have only had mine a year its so disappointing and you really don't get any help to sort it out I'd take the update off if I could
