I have only been using my Ionic for a few days now but unless I reset my device it does not fully sync.
It keeps up with steps but exercise and sleep does not sync.
I have a Samsung Galaxy 7, Fitbit App is up to date, I have removed the connection to my Fitbit Charge, the firmware is up to date.
I have read other posts but believe I've covered most of their solutions

Mmmm interesting. My previous phone was a Galaxy S7 and syncing was always slow and sometimes incomplete, though it always got there eventually if I kept syncing. I thought it was the Ionic as the phome was much better with my flex 2 and Alta HR. I got a new phone a couple of weeks ago (S8) and syncing is almost instantaneous! So I think it is the phone model. Just manually sync a few times and see if all the data comes through evenyually. Sorry Im not any more help.
