Hello, 

 

one day my ionic was on about 80% battery, then immodestly turned off and when I plugged it in to charge it showed 0% which was weird like it lost all charge instantaneously, then as I proceeded to let it charge nothing was happening and now nothing even shows on the screen and it won’t turn on or charge...

 

help 😢
