I have searched this forum and have done all mentioned fixes and tricks and the watch will still not turn on nor will it charge.  I wear my Ionic all the time - and really need this working again.  Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the dead ionic club. This is a known issue and unless you are under warranty you are out of luck.
