Ionic won’t turn on

I was away for 2 weeks and left my Fitbit Ionic at home. When I came back, I plugged it in but it hasn’t come back on. It’s been a week now and still nothing. I’ve tried holding down buttons of multiple combinations for up to 10 seconds, but no response. The Fitbit and charger worked fine before I left, then they sat untouched in a drawer for two weeks. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your help! I tried following the restart procedure with the Ionic plugged in, and nothing happened.

The solution was to unplug the charger, THEN hold down the back and bottom buttons.

Thanks again for your help!
