My Ionic won’t turn on. It’s been on the charger for two days. I cleaned the contacts several times. I’ve tried the hard reset with two buttons, and with three buttons. I got this for Christmas 2 1/2 years ago. Sure wish I got the Apple Watch instead. I have had about five fit bits, all which eventually died, most after just over a year. Really, really wish I had not invested in this technology. Sometimes I have gotten them to replace the dead units past the warranty, but if they replace this one, it would be like the third Fitbit that I’ve had replaced due to defects. I am betting they won’t. Contract that to Apple. I walked in there with a keyboard that wouldn’t work that was seven years old, and they replaced it on the spot no questions asked. Any way, I would like to get some help to determine if this Ionic is salvageable.
thanks,
