Ionic won't turn on

Cant get Iconic to switch on. Died and a screen is blank. It is fully charged at the time it died. 

Tried to switch on but to no prevail.

At my witsend as this is the second Iconic to do this. Seems they have a life span of a year?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Just as our friend @SunsetRunner suggested, such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Good Morning .

It was charging fine, in fact I had a spare Ionic from Fitbit due to the
same problem and guess what ? Yes, the same problem did a manual shutdown
and the Fitbit log comes on and that's it . Stuck. Done all what they say
to no prevail. But no green light on at the back.

Guess that's FITBIT IONIC problem , only lasts a year and dies. Crap
products and will not touch them again. Gamin seems to be better and has
good write ups and service .

I have tried all the suggestions and 3 down with same problem.
