My ionic was fully charged then suddenly went blank. I have tried all the regular resets, charges, cleaning contacts, etc. I know the charging cable is good because we just got it last week as a replacement for my wife's. I have read the forums and it appears this is a common concern with the ionic, which is a shame because I liked this tracker.
As a side note, in January my wife's ionic (which was purchased at the same time) shorted out. I wondered if this was a related concern.
Any other suggestions?
