Getting this Fitbit to stay connected has been the bane of my existence when it comes to this watch. I have read almost every Forum related to the topic and tried every troubleshooting technique from resetting the phone and the watch to redownloading and repairing. Once he gets set up at a update one time and then failed to update every other time. I've had this watch for a couple of months now and it has been sporadic staying connected. I have an LG G6 and never had any issues with Bluetooth on any of my other devices. If anyone has an update it would be greatly appreciated!

I've had the same problem, i fixed the issue by doing a factory reset on my ionic by going into settings, selecting about and selecting option factory reset.
This will lose the data on the watch that hasn't synced with the app, but when I paired my watch again with the app, it has all synchronised and is still working after 4 days.
