Hi my Ionic says there’s an update available for my tracker but it keeps failing
I have done all the usual. Restarted Ionic, restarted my iPhone even reinstalled the Ionic to my account
Can anyone help please

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. You can confirm the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why can't I update my Fitbit device? I recommend after restarting your watch and the phone to not let the phone's screen or the watch to time out during the update process.
