Ionic won't vibrate on messages or phone calls

Header says it all. It used to work and just stopped. I checked notifications on the Ionic and they are on. I also have a Samsung S9 and the notifications are on for messages and calls on it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks! That helped!

I was very frustrating with this not working! I even contacted Fitbit Help Chat and they walked me through the different pairing steps, which I already did previously, and didn't work.

Also when I navigated to the settings/notification, it said that they are turned on. So this 'press and hold the button' is new to me. It showed a different Notification setting, that was off.

Anyhow, the Fitbit Help Chat didn't tell me about this selection (not even sure they know) and I was told it is a software bug that they will fix.

So thanks again for the tip to 'press and hold' the button! Who would have thought that?!?!?!

1. HOLD down Left button

2. Entering Music Controls, Swipe Right

3. Entering TWO Setup Functions; Screen Wake (Manual/Auto), and Notifications (off/on)

4. Set Notifications to ON
