I have had a fitbit for several years. Never had a problem. Since the last update I’ve had problems with my bluetooth seeing my Ionic on my iPhone X.
I’ve reset my Ionic, turned bluetooth off and on, turned my iphone off and on, “forgot” my Ionic on bluetooth, deleted the fitbit app and reinstalled, and reset my Ionic to factory settings.
what else do I need to do?

Contact Tech Support. If they cannot get it to work they normally will offer you a replacement device. Many have reported problems since the last update unfortunately.
Best AnswerFirst @bubblybabs soncesyou have done a factory reset your ionic will need to be setup again.
I'm a little confused on what is ment by won't work. Normally I would thinkthis means that the unit will not turn on but then it would be impossible to do a factory reset.
Best AnswerMINE TOO! The last update totally crashed my Ionic. Afterward, the watch face background flashed off and on with no time, no sync and no recorded activity. Reboot had no effect. After 2 days and giving up on it, I looked for the return & repair procedure and stumbled upon the factory reboot sequence, uninstalled the mobile app and went through the 30 min setup as a new device. After 13 months of use, my synopsis is great hardware but the software has much to be desired.
My ionic worked perfectly until the last update. Just stopped working. I followed every know way to reset it and nothing. Definitely was the update that crashed it. After not having it work for weeks finally called customer support. Long story short they sent me a new one right away. Very happy wish I called sooner. Came in a few days. Very happy. Thank you Fitbit.
