Hi, my ionic went flat yesterday afternoon. Has been on charge all night but didn't charge. Have tried it bu USB and direct power but no success. Can someone please help.

@james80 I would suggest giving  your charging contacts a clean  to see if that helps.

@james80 best thing to do now is to raise a case with customer support so they can assist you further.
