Ok I used to have a surge and got the ionic the other day. It is now about ready to go back because this is stupid If I cant get any help then I will have to switch to some other maker. I can't even get past the initial setup so I don't even get to see the watch face. I have tried every reset, turned everything on and off, used my phone and computer with no luck. It will take hours to try and do step 2 of 3 for setting up ionic then fail towards the end. I have excellent internet wifi here at home so its not that either. Oh and also i cant even try it through bluetooth because my phone nor my laptop see the ionic which i figure is because it cant even get past setup. Please somebody got any ideas. As i said I have been reading forums all day and have tried everyone I have read with no luck. Thanks
