Ionic wont recalibrate and no lights on back

My ionic keeps wanting to recalibrate but the calibration always fails. Also no HR is being shown and no lights on the back of the watch are flashing any longer

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Have you tried plugging in the charger?

I have plugged it into the charger and tried multiple restarts including a factory resetSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Same problem won't recalibrate, can't get BPM, steps are calculating anymore. 

Tried hard restart on fitbit multiple times, as been happening since 12/31/2019

I have the same problem with mine. I have tried reset  , taking app off phone, reinstalled factory settings still not working.
