@jeff79518 what phone are you using? Have you tired restarting the Ionic several times?

I did everything apart from deleting it as I didn't want to loose my data. Its an Xperia Z5 which I think is unsupported but work fine with my charge hr. It randomly with no playing or messing around (at least an hour after I stopped) synchronised.
Best AnswerYes, that phone is not on the supported list, but Im glad it got around to syncing anyway. I think the smart watches are a bit more fussy about what they will sync with so that is probably why your Charge 2 worked fine with it. At least it seems it will sync eventually. It can just be very frustrating in the mean time
