Ionic wont turn on

Hello yesterday evening my ionic battery completely died. I usually charge it before it dies completely ,due to I had a problem with another fitbit ,and this is a replacement and it took me so long of going with out one I try being careful. When I pressed the side buttons it would not shut down so I kept it on. I wore it all the time any way unless I was charging it or showering because I was uncertain about getting something I payed so much for wet lol.(didn't want to chance it)  Now that it is off I put it on the charger and the screan stays blank. I have tried cleaning the charger port like the problem shooting said just in case it wasn't getting a good connection. Still nothing

Try restarting it several times then put it on the charger again for a couple of hours and if it is still not coming on repeat the process again. If still no life I think you will needbto contact Support (link in my signature)
