Ionic was fine until I stopped wearing it 3 weeks ago - now it wont turn on, even when connected to charger. I tried to charge overnight, tried different charging cables, cleaned contacts, etc. All the recommended "trouble shooting" from previous posts.
Any suggestions?
I'd like to have customer service contact me - my watch is just a year old, should not be having issues.

How long has it been on charge? In the following help file it says that a fully depleted battery can take 30 minutes on charge to show signs of life:

I have had the same issues here and fitbit simply said "it is out of warranty" by 3 months.
In short, there is a big design problem with this device, which fitbit will never ever acknowledge.
So, save some of your time, just put your ionic in a trash and move to another serious brand.

It was on charger overnight...and after cleaning contacts and changing charging cord AGAIN...another hour. Still nothing.

That's a shame. Unfortunately, customer support do not monitor these forums but if you'd like to contact them you can do so via: contact.fitbit.com
They can check your warranty status and advise on your options
